Attempted different ways to contact Sorenson Lawn Care for lawn services. I left a voicemail and 2…read moreemails, but NEVER received a response. In each message I asked them to let me know either way if they would be available or willing to do the service. I believe it is poor business practice not to respond. It takes less than a minute to respond "yes" or "no". I have used their services in the past so I thought I would at least get a response. Another neighbor contacted them and also did not receive a response. VERY disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could rate this business "0", I would!

Communication was outstanding. Perry came over with his crew, took pictures gave me an estimate, and of course I went with them they were the lowest bid. Matthew installed my air conditioner sleeve. He did a great job. My sleeve was perfect size for the space. He insulated where it needed to be insulated. Some things came up during the project and he was able to get an estimate right away. We still have work to do to finish the project, but overall I am pleased with the service that I have received. I would recommend.

Their employees are extremely disorganized and lack communication between each other, which was evident by the repeat messages that were sent without addressing the actual estimate, or my questions.
