He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. C&B never intended to do the restoration, and they left me with half my floor ripped up. These folks are dishonest and manipulative. Do not hire them if they say they'll do the entire job. They only want to do mitigation - they won't do the restoration. They also left my walls in rough shape according to other contractors, appear to have cracked an HVAC drain pipe, and generally made a huge mess that I've had to live with. They've repeatedly trash talked my insurance company, terrifying me by implying that my house is going to sit in disrepair and be unlivable like another house nearby. They neglected to mention that the house they are referring to has structural damage and isn't at all like my house. They're just fear mongering and trying to whip me into a panic. It's awful to do that to a single parent who is just trying to get back to normal. Use another company if you want a job well done by people you can trust.
