James responded to my post and he was very efficient, professional, and easy to work with! We didn't meet in-person, but he called me while I was at work and we agreed to a price via text. Soo easy! He also took pics of the site, to make sure what I wanted to toss/keep, and pics after the fact. And what a relief! For the past 2-3 weeks, it's been soo stressful to be greeted by garbage that should've been removed by someone else. I'm soo glad to see it go and completely satisfied with the job. Asbestos ceiling tiles were being cut overhead with exact-o knife with no gloves, masks, or vapour barrier installed to protect the rest of the facility or our employees actively working in it. Ontario Ministry of Labour was involved. -They also did not complete all the work the first and had the audacity to try to charge more to finish the original job! Very scary for a business that deals with hazardous substances and human safety. Do not risk your safety.
