They strugged for 2 hours and left. The second clown came the next day and sat in my driveway. He watched my appliances get delivered, and then my movers for the remainder of the appointment before he finally knocked on my door to tell me he didnt have time to install my service today. I finally demanded that my provider send another contractor - who had me up and running in 30 minutes. Expect nothing but trouble for these discount n00bs that shouldnt even be trusted with a potato gun.

Some of the sections that still needs to be completed are not in the area of the closet. I contacted Davy many times via text messages with hopes to confirm a date for when the work can be completed, and there was no response. I recommended this business to many people and I hope that they do not have this experience. Unfortunately, I paid the full balance for the work and I take responsibility for not checking my space prior to paying. I would say that the work was going well and I highly recommend the time that Ibrahim (the painter) took to reviving our space was amazing! I do hope to have this resolved sooner rather than later as I can imagine that the likelihood of being reimbursed to have someone else complete this work is small.

We asked Rob to excavate the hard-compacted dirt and rock, sift out what stone he could for re-use, to haul away more than half the dirt and move the rest to our back yard. He had to put in an extra long day to get it all done for our delivery of stone the next day, but he got it done! Rob is earnest and a kind person to work with. He seems like he just wants you to be happy with the work he's done and regularly checks in to make sure you're happy with how it's going. We'd gladly work with him again for excavation or any time we needed an extra pair of extra-strong hands.
