After waiting for the stated period, got a call from the office saying that the work could be started. The next day, Crew-Esbum, Simpson arrived early in the morning. It was one of the hottest day in the year, 33+ degrees! The crew worked very fast and were very friendly. By noon, they have finished digging and sealing the crack on the foundation wall. In another 2 hours, they had refilled the hole compacted it and cleaned up the site. All was done efficiently, it was a great job! Hopefully, we will have no more water leak in the basement!

For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. After…read moreresearching the company and being provided a fair quote, along with taking into consideration that they have their own employees not subcontractors, we decided to go with Aquatech. The workers arrived early and went to work right away. They lay out a large tarp to protect the lawn from the dirt being dug up. They also had to cut a few branches from a shrub which they cleaned up at the end. The work was done very efficiently and orderly. They workers were friendly and was orient answering any questions we had. We also had a vent that needed caulking which they also caulked for us at no extra charge. The job was completed and all the dirt was nicely replaced. They offer a transferable warranty on the job.

We asked Rob to excavate the hard-compacted dirt and rock, sift out what stone he could for re-use, to haul away more than half the dirt and move the rest to our back yard. He had to put in an extra long day to get it all done for our delivery of stone the next day, but he got it done! Rob is earnest and a kind person to work with. He seems like he just wants you to be happy with the work he's done and regularly checks in to make sure you're happy with how it's going. We'd gladly work with him again for excavation or any time we needed an extra pair of extra-strong hands.
