For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.

I have a video of him doing the job and I didn't realize what he didn't do until I paid him. I have photos to prove what he did not do and what he promised me that he would do. This job has to be done again. He works fast so that you would not know what is UP? No gravel and zero Tar on my wall as he brags how much a bucket of Tar costs and he is using the good stuff for your job. I have pictures to prove this.. Aquatech was responsive to our request for a quote to repair a basement leak we had. After…read moreresearching the company and being provided a fair quote, along with taking into consideration that they have their own employees not subcontractors, we decided to go with Aquatech. The workers arrived early and went to work right away. They lay out a large tarp to protect the lawn from the dirt being dug up. They also had to cut a few branches from a shrub which they cleaned up at the end. The work was done very efficiently and orderly. They workers were friendly and was orient answering any questions we had. We also had a vent that needed caulking which they also caulked for us at no extra charge. The job was completed and all the dirt was nicely replaced. They offer a transferable warranty on the job.
