Our house is difficult because our house has old-fashioned windows with eight-over-eight small panes all around, which take a lot of effort. They climbed up on the porch and the portico roof to clean hard-to-reach windows. I've had so many hang-ups about getting the decks cleaned because I have two little dogs and I worried they might be impacted by the chemicals. Nick answered my request and assured me that the chemicals that they use dissipate so they would not harm my dogs. He gave me an appointment for the following week. He and his colleague, Mark, even showed up 10 minutes early to set up. They used a high powered pressure wash system. They were very thorough. They got the decks done in a couple of hours. They weren't cheap but I paid for a high quality thorough job and that's what I got. They were courteous, hardworking, knowledgable, professional and helpful. I would hire them again. Some areas of my deck had darkened over time and they brightened them up. They reminded me to stain/ seal the decks afterwards. Here are some photos of the results. I don't have before and after photos. My decks looked terrible before. Exquisite Exteriors saved them from ruin.

Correll Roofing installed our roof a few years ago. We've had issues with it leaking at least…read morethree times. The first leak, our guarantee was honored. We paid for the second repair. The last problem, we asked the company to come look at our new leak and it cost us $189 for a 15 minute visit with the information that our roof was not the problem. Still, the damage to the ceiling was above the place where Correll said the leak was happening. The owner said this was standard practice to charge for a repair, which never happened, saying Insurance and the pay for two people to come to investigate caused the high rate. We were never notified that it would cost us this much for a visit. Correll said no one has a problem with this and because it was classified as a "repair" that justified the cost. We still have a leak and no repair was done. If this suits you, then do business with this company, we will not.

Because of the shingles the roof needed to be stripped down to the rafters and 100 4X8 underlayment's needed to be layer down. Because of underlayment's, my budget was compromised. The Supervisor, Santiago, worked with his office and got me financing so quickly that the work progress never stopped. Working with Santiago was easy as the two-way communication was flawless. I would hire them again in a NYC second.
