I needed my house's gutters cleaned and the last company I used a couple of years ago forgot to do…read moremy detached garage's gutters (despite me mentioning it to them several times during the booking process) and then complained when they had to come back and finish the job. So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.

I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

Ultimate Roofing re-shingled the roof of my townhouse in Niskayuna on July 27, 2026 and did a…read morefantastic job. They arrived on time. They finished the job as scheduled. They protected my shrubs and lawn by putting down tarps to catch the old shingles, underlayment, and debris. The cleanup afterwards was amazing, I did not find a single piece of roof debris anywhere on the ground. They even fixed a loose piece of vinyl siding for me while they were up on their ladders. Their communication of details was on point, and they handled my surprisingly nosy neighbor and HOA president with professionalism and aplomb. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and price. If I had another roof to re-shingle, I would hire them again.

His price was reasonable, and his gutter cap design matched what we were looking for. Installation seems to be good. (I will update review if that changes). Randy was there helping out doing the work. The only thing I would suggest is that the team do a better job of cleaning up after the job. When they were done, there were little blobs of gutter debris in various spots around the yard. If I needed more gutter work, I would use Absolute Seamless Gutters again without hesitation.

When I mentioned this to the owner, he questioned whether or not I was telling the truth! He asked if he could see my house cameras, to see if what I was saying was accurate. After he called my integrity into question and it was demonstrated that his employee had lied directly to him and what I was saying was true he had little to say at that point. The bottom line is this, there are a lot of companies that go out with detergent and soft wash houses. This owner and his employees are not the ones you want working at your property.
