This was a five star experience all around. I was really nervous after seeing so many negative…read morereviews, but my experience was great. The moving company provided by our relocation company destroyed our treadmill and lost an arm to our elliptical. They were large and heavy so I knew we couldn't get them out on our own. I also knew I wanted a legit company in case anything was damaged during removal. I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was professional. They even had same day appointments available. I requested a few days out since it worked better for me. I received text reminders of my appointment as well as a call when the guys were on the way. The process is that you show them what you want hauled out, they provide a quote, and then you decide if you want to have them do the job. I had them haul out a disassembled treadmill, a disassembled elliptical, and a nine foot Christmas tree. It was $300 for haul away of the items. The payment system has a spot for tip. Tipping has gone a little overboard, but in this case a tip was well deserved and I was glad to have the option to add it. Davante & Christian were so professional and paid great attention to getting equipment out without damaging my home. The equipment had to be moved down two hallways and through a narrow staircase with a bend so this wasn't easy. The treadmill deck was stuck in an open position. It would have been impossible to move it in this position without damaging walls. I was so thankful that Davante and Christian took their time to remedy this and were so patient in doing so. At the end of the service I received a $20 off code for a future pick up which was nice. I have more to get rid of and I won't hesitate to call 1-800-Junk again!

Starting at just to show up is $167. A queen size boxspring and mattress and an exercise machine already taken apart in pieces ; total cost........ $308 !! And I was the 1st load they had ! Empty truck ! I sort of didn't mind paying this much since I had to get rid of these items, but the way pricing was described to me on their lil laminated paper was literally the dumbest most used car salesman like description I've ever heard of. Do not use these people! Ever.
