She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. Sign on door reads: OPEN TO THE PUBLIC unless closed for a Private Showing but there was no one inside and it was dark aside from a few chandeliers still on. It also says CALL AHEAD for a seamless visit. Not sure what that means BUT you won't know to call ahead if you've never been here before! Finding that out after already driving to the location is triggering to say the least! I find this very unprofessional for a business to have hours listed that don't hold true.

Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. We had a 2'6" carved wood lamp from my late parents-origin unknown, but definitely nearly 100 years…read moreold. The wiring was defective and we removed it before transporting it to Florida. Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. It is in an industrial area but the care given to our precious lamp and US was above and beyond. You won't be disappointed going there. Hurry, what are you waiting for?
