My only complaint is sometimes other guests in the shared (no walls, just curtains) spaces where you receive treatments are inconsiderate when they're leaving or dressing, and are noisy and I wish they would educate guests better about this.

The massage itself was just okay, but a massage usually feels pretty good even when it isn't the best. I felt like the technique was just not my preference. The facility is clean and charming. After the massage I was given tea and invited to relax before checking out. When I went to pay the credit card system was down. I had to walk to an ATM to get cash and come back. They were very apologetic but I still felt inconvenienced.
