Susie Kang is specifically the person I dealt with and I can say without a doubt this woman is the biggest CUNT I've ever met! She is cruel, unfair, dishonest and truly fucking evil. She left us without electricity in Austin Texas in July for over 12 days without electricity or air conditioning!! All of this could have been easily solved by having a competent electrician fix the main electrical connection to the city service. Instead she claimed the problem was on the cities side. After 3 attempts to get her to fix it, the city finally came out and shut everything down within 5 minutes because it was a massive fire danger, and informed us they could not legally resume service until we fixed our connections. Several days later she finally had the connections repaired, then several days after that the city inspected the work and reconnected service. We were in the dark and Texas heat the entire time. The only consolation we asked was prorated rent for the days we had no electricity. Susie flatly refused, then boasted that in 12 years she had never prorated anyones rent for any circumstance then began screaming at me and my 2 roommates in a childish pathetic tirade of broken English! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A WORSE HUMAN BEING! I'm writing this review 11 years after all this, because the memory of dealing with her still lingers and I want other people to know to steer clear of this woman and her pathetic business dealings. After bringing up the heating issues, the AC tech informed us that the thermostat downstairs does not control anything & the entire house is running on one unit. The doors were never correctly sealed, resulting in terrible temperature control on the first floor. After mentioning a gas leak to Annette, she agreed to address the issue immediately. She did not address the issue for 4 days. Upon move-out, Annette took over half of our deposit (1 month's rent) without any backup, rhyme, or reason. Aside from how poor her skills are as a property manager, I could not in good conscience recommend her as a real estate agent. She is very deceitful.

We ended up buying at the high end of our price range, but Lynn consistently delivered uncompromisingly objective advice on the cost/benefit of the various homes on our list.
