The building has a fresh, clean exterior that's easy to spot from the road. Walking inside, you're greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful hand-carved benches, colorful tablecloths, and handcrafted wooden tables with vibrant painted details give the dining room a genuine charm. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. This is a family-run restaurant, and while they're just getting started, they shared that beer, wine, and a full bar are planned for the future. They also have a nice selection of Mexican snacks, candies, peanuts, and both American and Mexican soft drinks available for purchase. I ordered the **pork skin tacos**. These aren't the crispy style--they feature soft pork skin with the fat perfectly rendered until it's rich, silky, and almost gelatinous.
