Born a COVID baby, he has always loved to play independently, but struggled in group situations. The staff and owners are incredibly compassionate and caring -- encouraging our son to play with others, but at his own pace. He has completely come out of his shell over this school year. It has been a joy to see the daily updates on the Brightwheel app (which teachers update during the school day), so that even when I am at work, I can relish in the absolute joy of a time our son is having at school. Time spent outdoors and with the animals is not only great for our high energy boy to blow off steam, but teaches so many life skills (outside of a classroom) that are so necessary to early childhood development. Their approach to early childhood education is incredible -- keeps all the content fun for kids, but with incredible impact. To compare his self-portrait and handwritten name from the beginning to the end of the year is insane! His end of year book brought me to tears -- and made me feel even more blessed to be a part of the Canterbury Creek family. In fact, this morning on our way to drop off, he told me he was so sad that school was over and that he would miss it over the summer. Good thing we will be back for Summer Camp and next school year. I cannot wait to sign up my 2.5yo daughter next!

While all the staff has been great, my son loved having Mandy and Grace as his teachers. He also really enjoys Ikram and she's been so great with our daughter too. Lucy has been so sweet with both of our kids - even though she's primarily a teacher for our daughter, she always takes time to say hi to our son and ask about his day. We are thankful to see Samantha's smiling face at the desk each morning and my son always loves what Bobbi cooks up for him! Overall it's been a good experience.

My 2 kids were 4 years apart (had the same teacher) and they both LOVED it there. It was a great experience for them and for our whole family. This preschool is wonderful with experienced, kind teachers who truly care! They're not the newest, the biggest and they don't have a flashy new program or a theme, they just use old-fashioned teaching to prepare kids for kindergarten. Felt generally overlooked I'm assuming to high volume of students/families, Teachers and staff are…read morekind/ready to help in general, however our enrollment felt overlooked as we did not get any starting information until after drop off on the first day. For example the welcome packet including the information we could come in before start date to familiarize with the classroom and teachers was not available before our first day. This information also included a list of what was needed so we were unprepared the first day. Classrooms are overfilled and chaotic. Not an atmosphere for developing independence through opportunities such as putting away personal items or getting ready for outside. Additionally if outdoor time is canceled they do no leave the classroom that day if they get picked up before 5pm Was underwhelmed with the experience.

So we recently placed 3900$ deposit for tuition for our 2 small children, and had to cancel a few…read moreweeks prior to starting. Their website is pretty clear that there is a 500$ non refundable deposit. After cancelling we were then told that the 3900$ was also forfeited. Not sure how that works but I would be very weary of this school. Sounds like they are after 1 thing $$$$. More to come as I will ask my lawyers about this practice....

Heard good thing about their clinic from friends and so glad I signed up my kids. They have this new sense of accomplishment and confidence riding their bikes. Thank you, Gymco!
