I decided to get their pork tacos (cochinita) the guacamole and slaw was amazing and the flavours blended super well it was made fresh and just deelicious . The pork itself was good but a bit dry the toppings definitely enhanced the flavoir and juiciness of the taco The price is about 10$ for 3 tacos a bit pricey but that's the food truck prices pretty standard.. overall service and food was outstanding. They were among four food trucks at Millenium Park in Dorval. I ordered the rib poutine, which the server seemed extremely happy about and said "I recommend it! It's a good choice!" Sure, that may be due to the fact that it was one of the most expensive menu items, but after trying it, I understand why. It is packed with meat. It was so, so, so delicious. I had a hard time deciding between that and their quesadillas, so now I have a reason to keep track of where they will be next! The fries themselves were well-seasoned and thick while the meat was very tender. They would have been quite good on their own too. My only complaint was that they garnished it with deep-fried onions that were cold. I think even if they had been hot they wouldn't have added much to the poutine as a whole.
