I had paid $2 for extra cheese on my order and instead got no cheese. Not a huge deal but still disappointing especially since I paid for extra and got none at all. By the time I had noticed it was just 20 min before they would be closed, so I decided to just call in the morning and ask for my missing order of queso. But when I called this morning to ask if I could just swing by to grab the missing queso, I was told "no" the reason being that I should have called last night. I explained the only reason I didnt call last night was because they were quite literally about to close and I didnt want to keep them open just over some cheese, but she still refused to correct my order. I just find it a little mind boggling that they weren't willing to correct my order over such a tiny request. I wont be coming back which is very disappointing because the food is great. Don taco for life I guess.
