I placed an order for my moms formula as she feeds through a stomach tube. He said he placed a express order and we would have it in 3 days. NEVER happened!!!! I had called for 4 days with no return calls; the home health nurse even reached out and to no avail we never received her order and we are on week 2. THE WORST COMPANY! Please have your Dr. use other resources to save you the headache and trouble from this company. If you use insurance, I know some are finicky on who you can use. Research if you must. I ended up going through Amazon at this point and purchased it for mom until the Insurance okays a new company. Good luck and God Bless!

I'm starting with service I was trying to get the oxygen…read moredepartment I was supposed to get oxygen last Thursday Well the delivery person showed up so fast I was not expecting anything Thursday they attempted delivery before I made it home from the cancer clinic There was a door knob hanger on the door they were there only 10 minutes before us they left an attempt time of 5:30 We got there at 5:40 Anyway there was no answer I left a message A male called back around 7 stating his name was Sean n he would help me It went on he said there was no record of such a thing No one attempted delivery no one went to my house etc etc Then he said he would schedule me a delivery date and time Very slow he mumbled then said he didn't have any dates available I could not believe this!!! Why did he call Who was he the callsaid Binsons on the ID I finally got tired of him repeating what I said and what he said so I said that's fine I'll just call tomorrow I had a very busy day I couldn't get through Friday I had another busy day making appointments and arrangements etc so I called today around 11:00am put on hold 30 minutes no answer I hung up then called right back got through the Girl said truck already went out she would have to try n schedule something for Tuesday I explained to her my acceptionally crazy schedule this week I have a lot of things before my first chemo a

I work for a medical supply company & needed some additional information regarding a mutual patient…read moreof this office & ours. I spoke with Nancy the "office manager" to request this information & she immediately sounded "bothered". she asked me if I had placed an earlier request & I told her that I had a couple of days ago. she sounded very irritated. I asked her when the info would be provided & she yelled, "IT WILL BE FAXED" & hung up on me. I called her back this time to get her name & finish my request since she hung up earlier. This time she YELLED, "I AM DONE WITH THIS CONVERSATION". I hung up on her at this time. It was only 8:00 in the morning. I can imagine what the rest of her day would be like or the poor patients that would be subjected to her abuse. I do not recommend using this Dr's office. I will speak to the Dr. To advise of his employees abuse. I'm sure Dr. is not aware of her & if he is, I would be ashamed of her & put her out!!! She will definitely drive away patients ect..
