They are so unprofessional and it is so hard to get a hold of them I'm emailing 2 people trying to join classes 1 never answered and Marilyn Holt tells me someone was supposed to been get back to me she'll remind them again.. mind you it's already the 3rd week into classes so now I'm supposed to join and be behind 3 weeks? When I literally signed up the same day classes started. Now I signed up for classes a partial payment plan of $680 gone to waste and it's non refundable don't waste your time they only want your money and don't care for which students join. Don Kenna and Ana Lavalyn were very professional in the class with explanations of everything and allowed us all to ask questions all we wanted. They offer multiple safety courses and a lot of my fellow students had been sent to TSC by their employer(lucky for them it was free). Course cost is a bit expensive but the facility is nice and clean, spacious and very professionally run. You can tell they are a well respected company since they do safety consulting on construction sites and I have actually seen them on sites before coming here. If I need further safety training for scaffolds or etc, I will be returning.

Several emails to snapology went unanswered and when we called we were told the manager was looking into the issue. One month after the party and we still haven't heard anything about it and are out the 70$ for that add on. I would warn those booking birthday packages not to purchase any add ons and we will not be booking any future parties with them or recommending them to anyone else.
