The owner just does not care about his work at this point. I left my wedding tuxedo to be tailored by him and none of the things I requested were done. Then to top it off he destroyed my jacket and made it look horrible in the back. I was beyond devastated and my wife called him to try to get it corrected. He did not care one bit about his lack of work and terrible work. He gave her an attitude and raised his voice to her saying WHATS THE PROBLEM, mind you she had already sent him pictures and told him the issues several times. He charged me for work that wasn't even done which I verified with the tailor that fixed my tuxedo from this butcher. My wife asked me if I wanted to go try to talk to him in person, but he had already displayed that he was not interested in fixing his mistakes and at that point I was so upset it wouldn't have been a good outcome for this guy. I contacted another tailor who was beyond amazing and spent all night fixing everything for me to look amazing at my wedding. The new tailor even told me, man this guy (Glen) didn't do any of the work he charged you for. Did not get my waist correct by an inch and a half, did not taper the legs at all, did not take in the sides of my jacket, and the only thing he did was attempt to take in the top of the jacket and he butchered it. This guy is the absolute worst tailor I've ever seen and lost me as a long time customer as well as my father. After what he did to me I can only imagine he has done the same to countless other people and I'm writing this not even out of spite but purely as a warning to anyone who even considers this guy..... DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST! Not only is the work horrendous or doesn't even get done, but the owner himself is a complete asshole of a human being.
