Paid in advance to take advantage of 10% discount. The woman did not apply discount and promised next time she would give it to me. Went by today to drop off more clothes and when I requested my long over due discount she informed me that the discount is not a given it is a courtesy and if I wanted the discount I needed to pay in advance once again. I told her she owed me from Paying up front last time and bc of her mistake it was not applied. She continue to insist that the only way I would get discount is if I pay in advance once again. The female employees lack professionalism and are quite rude. The cleaning service is subpar and I only continued to patronize the business because I live 45 minutes from my job as an Officer and they are close to the job. So I can either pick up or drop off when I get off a 16 hour shift. After working a double shift to then be inconvenienced is unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere a long with the other Officers I've sent there. I advised one of the of this and she didn't seem to care about the loss of several customers. read more

I asked them to dry clean my (expensive)dress pants. When I picked it, I found that they made noticeable deep wrinkles on my pants, and they said they will do it again. However, they made same mistake three times again and again. So, when I visited them the forth time to pick up my pants, I was so pissed off and took my pants without paying it because I had to fix it from the other cleaner. Next day, owner of the cleaner called my cell, and he said, "you never come to my cleaner again. if you come, i will whip your ass!" What a great customer service they're providing! But today I was told my business was not welcome because I complained to the guy on his high horse (Manager or Owner) because he kept me waiting to be serviced. I should have known better. The first time using this cleaner. Went to get a dress shorten. The guy was not playing attention and I just stood there waiting for him to look up. Ok fine, but really? It was a simply task. Make the dress come to my ankle. He put the pin in, but really wasn't listening to my request. Charged me $35, more than I paid for the dress, but I liked the dress, so I paid. Picked it up today and tried it on, he didn't listen to anything I requested. The dress is too long and I will be going back on Monday to have them fix it. Listen to me without working on other things. It was a simple request and they got it wrong. I pray he wouldn't request additional money, I will lose head! Wish me luck read more

Usually a person does not rate a cleaners unless motivated in the positive, or very negative. The owner is quite nice. However, the quality of service is so bad I felt i had to take the time to tell others to stay away. It was not one time when I had a shirt or pants dry cleaned so Bradley that I had to take it back. I strongly advise against bringing a wedding dress here or something that is irreplaceable. My Fiancée and I dropped off her BRAND NEW wedding dress to be ironed and pressed as it was shipped in from Europe. It was custom made for her size. When we arrived she took it out of the packaging it came in and the lady just tossed it in the bin with no bag. Now after we left maybe she put it in a bag and just put it there to finish with us. That was the first problem. They told us it would be ready Friday as this was now Monday. We called to ask Friday and they said Monday, not a huge deal at all to take a couple extra days. We went Monday late afternoon. When we arrived the dress was hanging up in the back claimed to be done with NO plastic covering it. The dress was just hanging and the bottom touching the floor. From a distance it looked beautiful. So my Fiancée asked the lady if she could go see it and she said of course. When she went over the entire bottom had black dirt on it and the lady said oh we thought it came that way and was worn and you just wanted it pressed to preserve it. She told her ABSOLUTELY NOT this is a brand new dress that I need to wear in a month at my wedding. She said ok do not worry I will tell the owner and manager tomorrow and they will clean it. Now if anyone has gotten married you know how stressful this can be. My Fiancée was freaking out with one month to go and might need to buy an entirely new dress. I tried calming her down all night. So first thing in the morning I call. Mind you I had to call 4 times because no one answers and the voicemail box is always full. I finally talk to the owner and I must say I am a VERY patient person but this man does not know how to talk to people. He continues to tell me that we brought a dirty dress and that it is impossible for that to happen at his location. I informed him several times it was a brand new dress there was nothing wrong with it. He continued to argue telling me there must be something wrong with this dress why did I call 4 times, he has never had a customer do this before. He asks what is the problem? I told him the problem is that her wedding dress now has stains on it and we are worried it is ruined. He than states and I kid you not "Oh here we go that is what I thought, sir the dress will be ready this afternoon" He then hangs up the phone on me and I try calling back and he refuses to answer. Mind you this is supposed to be a professional business man and he tries to belittle me and hangs up on me. I go later that afternoon for the dress and most of it looks perfect but I find a few marks that didn't come off. Again not a huge issue just frustrating. The lady tells me ok no problem tomorrow. Which ended up turning into 2 days because the person that can clean it was not there the next day. Again I am ok with the time as long as it is clean. So we come around to today, all in all in is about 10 or 11 days, which is not a big deal we know it is a wedding dress. When I arrive the lady at the counter remembered me and was so nice and said oh hi! and she went to get the dress. I could see the owner in the back and when he notices she is grabbing the dress he comes to me and asks how can he help me. I said I am just here for the dress. He gets it from her and hangs it up. As he is hanging it up he says "I am going to be honest with you you brought me a dirty dress". Again I told him it was a brand new dress that was taken out of the bag in the dry cleaners. He continues to argue with me saying that if he was in the business to make clothes dirty he wouldn't be in business. I told him I am not saying you are we just asked that the dress is clean because it is brand new and it didn't have the dirt when we dropped it off. At this point I just start looking at the dress and he continues to argue and want to say more and more. He said sir do you know how much dirt was on there and it is very strange that you knew exactly where to look. I said we knew were to look because when we came to pick it up we could see the dirt. I honestly ignored the owner at this point and just checked the dress and left. All in all finally we get our wedding dress and it is WHITE like it is supposed to be and steamed/ironed and looks good. But the way in how all of this was handled is absurd. This man has no idea how to talk to people and when something went wrong he is trying to blame us for bringing him him a dirty dress. If this was a regular dress or suit not a huge deal but this is a WEDDING dress and he showed no sympathy and no emotion just trying to push the blame off of himself. The right thing to do is to just say we are sorry for whatever may have happened. I am not quite sure how it happened but we are going to get it cleaned. Not a huge deal as things happen. But he wanted to argue, he wanted to be disrespectful and wanted to admit no blame. This is no way to run a business and no way to keep customers. read more

One star for speed. They're fast, though the product suffers ALOT! I took 4 suits, two black. The black jackets are covered in tiny white crap. I don't even know what it is. I tried using a lint roller and that doesn't seem to work. I also took 3 dresses to press only..,needless to say all the dresses have wrinkles throughout. They charged me $11 per dress and I'm not even sure what I paid for. My fiancé gets his white button down shirts washed there and he seems happy, but I don't think the establishment can handle items any more complicated than a button down. read more

Worst place to dry clean. I'm pretty sure everyone in homestead knows that. I had a grey overcoat that I sent to get dry cleaned in this location and when I received it back, it looked as if they had just ironed it. I noticed it had a huge spot that they had not removed. We sent it back & paid again to get it fixed & it did not work. (This was about a year back). Also, I thought it might had just been me, but my boyfriend left pants to get hemmed there & they completely messed them up. Left them too short. Will never go back there. read more

I never complain. But I am really upset with this place. I am here in Homestead because of work. The first time I went there, the attendant Elvia Veras, told me they don't do wash and dry by pounds services. The manager, heard that and came rushing to the front, took my clothes and in 2 days when I went to pick it up, everything was great. Saturday, I went to drop my clothes again and Elvia started taking my underwear on top of the counter, in front of others clients, telling me they could not do some items. I told her they did it last time, that everything was good, and to please be sensitive; because that was my underwear and there were other people there. Well, she told me she was not responsible for what happened to my clothes. I asked her why, are you mixing the whites and colors together, plus last time I had no problem. She told me she is not the one doing the laundry. Today, when I went to pick up my clothes, all my white clothes is bluish, my working shirts are wrinkle, I had clothes in my basket that did not belong to me and I am missing clothes. The best part, when I was talking to the manager (again very nice), I saw Elvia enjoying the pain I was in. Now, I don't know what I have done to this woman. I treat everyone with respect only and I don't know why from the beginning this woman just have it with me. But I am very upset. read more

I brought this place two dresses, one to be taken in and a bridesmaid dress to be shortened to right above my knee. One week later I returned to pick them up and it was a disaster!!! My one dress was still too big and I couldn't wear it to the wedding I was attending that weekend. Not a huge deal but very unfortunate. My other dress, the bridesmaid dress, was for a wedding in 4 weeks and ended up being completely ruined. Instead of shortening it to above the knee, they shortened it so much the bottom of my butt cheeks were showing! I couldn't get a new bridesmaid dress because production was 13 weeks. The receptionist told me I would be completely refunded but they wouldn't give me a check for 6 weeks. I was promised it on two occasions so I drove the 100 mile round trip from the Keys to get my check and they actually didn't have it. The owner was awful to deal with! So rude and didn't feel bad that she ruined my dress. She wouldn't give me the money because she said she didn't ruin my dress and the person who did left the country. I was then told it would be mailed to me and it never was. I found out the check was at the shop and they wanted me to drive another 100 miles to get it. This place have me the biggest headache!!!
