I've been going to this grooming salon for ages with multiple of our dogs. First our Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, Prince, who was always treated like family (R.I.P) and now with our two little toy poodle puppies. The owner, Cecila, runs a holistic business as she believes in humanity over vanity. When we brought our toy poodle puppy in for his first groom, Ceci walked us through which brushes would be best to use at home and how to maintain his coat between grooms. Even though we thought we had done enough research she recommended products we hadn't thought of for home use. Our pups always come home looking amazing and beautiful because we do our homework. The one time (and I literally mean one so far) I went home and realized I wasn't entirely happy with the length of hair left on my pups body because he collects a lot of burs, I called and was immediately met with understanding and an appointment the next day to correct it. Amazing customer service. Most importantly, my pups are happy when they see their groomers and happy when they come home. I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward. read more

I I heard about this place from someone at the dog park who told me there is a Brazilian groomer at this place and that is amazing with the small dogs. Spike is a just over one year and was never professionally groomed. It was very easy to make the appointment online. I parked in front of the building and was asked to move to the back area because grooming is at the back building. It looks like this was a house with a "mother-in-law"apartment in the back and it was converted into a vet clinic. Well, that is where grooming is done. Cecilia came outside to meet us and to greet Spike. She was very friendly and gentle with him. Two hours later I got a text: ready! Spike has no cuts (I was afraid it would happen) and looked soooo handsome and cute. The Brazilian lady was not working that day, but the grooming was just as perfect. My savior! Our poor pup had really bad matting on her neck and this was the second place we tried as the first just left them. We asked her to cut her short for the summer and get rid of the matting and they did amazing!!! She looks so good, the matting was taken care of, and now our pup can have fun in the sun. She got so many compliments on how cute she looked the next day. We will only be going here from now on. She's also a little scared of other dogs, they did a great job of keeping her separated. She looked like she had a great time running in the open space in the back. read more

It's not often that I'm blown away with the level of communication, transparency, honesty, and customer service that one receives in Miami. Lina is easy to communicate with, and she genuinely cares about your pup and their well-being. On our most recent visit, Lina was mostly booked for the day, but made it a point to find time for our girl when she heard she would be going through a procedure soon so that her coat can make it through the recovery period. I brought in my poodle mix for her monthly groom; my dog had minimal matting (like any long-haired dog breed would have) which could have easily been brushed out, and or snipped off. However, without any form of consent the groomer completely shaved my dog leaving the poor thing with zero hair on her body. My once beautiful dog that has constantly been groomed to perfection with a teddy bear cut, now has zero fur on her body. I am mortified. I was warned by multiple people that this groomer is known for doing this, however I gave the groomer the benefit of the doubt after she had confirmed with me that she would be able to achieve the teddy bear cut my dog always receives. Next thing I know, I am picking up a dog that is unrecognizable. As previously mentioned, without any consent or acknowledgement, the groomer did not notify me that she would destroy my dog's beautiful look... otherwise I would have gladly picked up my dog and not let this horrific groomer strip away my dog's beautiful coat. I am in shock and cannot believe someone could label themselves as a groomer by shaving dogs due to laziness and the benefit of saving themselves time. Shame on you. read more
