This is a awful establishment the business owner is extremely unprofessional. I've only been here for four months and he said he already tried to up my rent he went into my studio without my permission and removed all my belongings and put me into a smaller studio he refuses to give me back my deposit at the end of my lease he refuses to give me a copy of my lease. He's an extremely unprofessional business owner and his assistant is no help at all also she acts like she's on your side but she does not care about you. The building is also completely dirty there's roaches the maintenance barely clean up the bathroom the maintenance barely cleans up the hallways. It always smells like marijuana in the building. The ceiling sometimes leak through the walls. Overall this is an awful establishment if your upcoming hairstylist make up all your make up artist nail tech anything of those sorts I would not recommend coming to this business at all I do not recommend anybody to come to this business this is the worst establishment you can ever come to. read more

FUTURE TENATS: BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Let me start by saying, this place is cheap for a reason... However, like most entrepreneurs on a budget, I still gave them a chance being that I needed a decent location for my thriving business. The management is friendly, however that is where my compliments stop. The owner is completely unprofessional and manipulative. In his 40 page leasing agreement, which he knows anyone will seldom read thoroughly, you will find sneaky clauses that will trap you inside of a contract you cannot break, while forcing you to agree to procedures that are completely unheard of. For Example: in his lease, he states that if a tenant should become more than 4 days late on paying rent, he gains complete access to your entire space. He then, can repaint your entire space, and move all of your belongings into a storage unit. And lease your space to a new tenant. AND, you will still be obligated to finish the remainder of your lease in a new space in the building. -If you choose to leave he will keep your 2 month deposit and force you to take him to court in hopes to get your money back. PLEASE BEWARE!!! In an ongoing and escalating confrontation, I was forced to call the police on the owner, and he hid somewhere in the building and did not allow the police to see his face. The Miami Garden Police Officer warned me of his deceptive behavior and explained that he is called to the Miami Office Center quite often regarding tenant complaints against the owner. The officer then asked me why I even considered this place and gave me references to other office centers that he recommended. He continued to tell me that, unfortunately the owner is a complete slime ball, and has found ways around the system to take advantage of his tenants and withhold all deposits without any just explanation. I am glad the manager has asked all his tenants to leave their reviews on the business for marketing purposes because there is truly nothing bad to say about the business. The manager on site is straight to the point effective, he has his office staff and leasing agents in-house, a handyman on-site and daily janitorial service. All sorts of businesses are found at this location and the manager is easy to work with. I have been here 2 years and a half and have no plans on leaving. You have an issue and the handyman is sent to your suite right away...good location too. You will not regret renting here, I had a friend rent here and she received her deposit in return but had to move to the downtown miami area. Sometimes difficult tenants can leave negatives reviews and people have to keep an eye out for that. Aside this I work with him part-time and rent a small space for my own company. I see that there was someone who wrote an awful review for this building, however I am challenging that review. I have had nothing but a good experience with the property manager and staff until this day. Whom ever wrote this review must have not had any kind of sense not to read a 40 page lease agreement. ( I read everything I sign). When I first moved into this building I was working for a salon who was charging me $225 a week and the owner liked to harass me, the my friend told me about the Miami Gardens Office Center building, I came in, explained to them what I wanted and right away the staff showed me office suites. I feel in love!!! The management made my dream of opening a salon happen, they assisted me with getting my place as far as working out payment plans for leasing the office suite. I have been in this building for 2 years now and I have not had any problems, every once in a while I will get a rowdy neighbor, but once the staff in notified they immediately speak with the tenant and problem resolved. read more

Simple put, don't ever think about leasing this office. There are plenty cheap offices with more professional and less manipulative landlord out there. I always pay my rent 10-20 days prior the due and always extremely good to the staff and the owner. But the owner never fail to shock me with his very ugly inside beast. First ugly impression I got from the owner is I lost my office key, I asked him for a copy, instead of treating me right like he should, he quickly got really ugly about it and demanded me to pay him 60 dollars something for new office key, I paid anyway. and then I decided that I want to end my 6 month lease, so i called him about that. he was quick ugly about it and he demanded me that i give him 90 days notice. Which was unheard of for me. I checked my lease agreement and sure enough 90 days notice was there so I gave him as instructed. He then now require me to sign an extension for one year before i can provide 90 days notice in 9th month? Worst landlord ever. Sorry for my 2nd language here but believe me, I'm smart enough to know what's right whats wrong, etc. Wow.
