This realtor confirmed an appointment with us to view properties and we re arranged our schedule to meet her, but when the day and time came she only left us waiting while she mentioned she is with a client, another words she prioritized another client without so much as an apology or explanation when i had an appointment for that day and time scheduled with her . Instead, she casually suggested rescheduling as if our time didn't matter. When I reminded her of our agreed time, she completely ghosted me-no response, no follow-up, nothing. The Carlisle Condos are starting to look like Skid Row. Myself and other residents have literally had to tear down little guys made by homeless people on the property. Why should I pay $500 a month for an HOA that can't even keep the place safe. Needles and foils everywhere. Overcame several issues where the HO3/HO6 of the home prevented anyone from getting a mortgage on it (i.e the property could not be sold because the HOA controlled it, even though I owned the property).
