Once they find out that you have the Groupon deal, you're treated differently from the other patients. During both of my visits, the staff was very impersonal and seemed to be rushing my boyfriend and I out the door. The second visit was less than 15 minutes, and they had us skip certain exercises to finish up quicker. P.S. The Groupon deal said it was for three visits with two adjustments and cold-laser therapy treatments but they combine the first consultation/X-rays with an adjustment so it's actually two visits. No cold-laser therapy treatments were given. Also, not sure what the chiro's name was, but from looking at pictures it was not Dr. Lee who everyone has great reviews of; that should've been my sign to be honest. read more

My first visit with Dr Lee was back in 2016 and I don't remember how I injured my back. Here I am in 2023 and I injured my back again. I had gone to the walk.in clinic a few days after I was in bad pain. They gave me a shot and some medication with no relief. I came to see Dr. Lee on Monday and I felt 80% better. Not only is he an exceptional Dr. He is an extraordinary human being. I had 12 visits paid for that I hadn't used since 2016. Any other establishment would have told me I had lost that credit. The only reason why I removed one star was because it took me two days to finally get in contact with someone! However my husband needed a quick adjustment and his regular chiropractor was out of town and everywhere else we called wanted to charge us for the first visit and not even do an adjustment until a follow up visit ! but this place immediately told us that during the first visit the price would include x-rays and his first adjustment and that was music to our ears! Shout out to dr Lee and his team. I've been to a few chiropractors over the years and never been able to find real relief even after several sessions. They would do just basic cracks and I'm sent away in a matter of minutes, just blanket treating several people at the same time! money pit for sure. Not the case in Dr Lee's offices. I went in with a Groupon Deal for 3 adjustments and they tried to pull a fast one and say it was only for two adjustments and that the consultation/X-rays is considered as one visit out of the 3. When I explained the groupon deal indicated it was for 3 adjustments they finally honored it. They were not able to adjust my back no matter what they attempted and was only able to adjust my neck. The entire thing was being built up to sell you a package for reoccurring adjustments which we declined. read more

My experience was pleasant at first , staff was great and the doctor seemed knowledgeable and three weeks later I am suffering from reoccurring debilitating neck pain that I DIDN'T have when I went in! Twitches and muscle spasms along with back of the head headaches and tension after getting my neck touched by " Dr Lee ". Completely unacceptable and now I can't function on a day to day basis. The younger chiropractor adjusted me twice from a Groupon and i genuinely liked it. I am young and have back pain and this has really helped. Worst visit to a chiropractor. Super unprofessional. Was looking for a new one since my old one retired. Saw a this place was local & my insurance covered it. Lee did X-rays & gave me a basic unnecessary lesson of the muscles for over 10 min. He ignored & didn't answer any of my questions. Then they made me stretch my own neck out for 12 min. When I finally get on the table he did very basic things that anyone could do. Cracked my neck & back. The whole "alignment" was about a minute and a half. & most of it was turning and moving on the table. Then they tried pressuring me for another visit. & then tried acting stupid arguing with me so that I could pay when I confirmed them that my insurance covered the visit plus my Groupon. But mean while the girl that went before me got the works. He worked her for 10-15 min and answered all her questions happily. With me he was dry as a bone. Calls himself a real doctor with out a medical degree lmao what a joke! read more

I had been to two chiropractors before seeing Dr. Lee here. I was in pain constantly and was crying from the frustration and diminishing quality of life I had the day I met Dr. Lee. I told him I was tired of being in pain and needed him to help me, he cried w me (kidding), and said he would. I am 70% better and only halfway through my treatment. Dr. Cohen and his staff are absolutely amazing! I got into a car accident in Jan of this year and did 3 months of therapy with him. I went from being in lots of pain on my neck & back, nausea, with no sleep and headaches to feeling almost brand new with his help. It's difficult to find medical professionals who focus on your health rather than your pocket, and I'm so happy to have been referred to this clinic for my therapy because their mission is to help YOU recover. They helped repair my posture and even learn about the importance of my spine in regards to everything health-related to my body. I went to Dr. Lee after a friend referred him to me and raved how he helped him and his pain was relived after his back surgery. I was skeptical at first because I tried a chiropractor only once before and it was a horrific experience. Very limited hours of operation and even though their website says they are open 4 days a week, their voice mail claims they are only open 3. I left a voicemail on a Tuesday (the day the website said they were open) and never got a call back. I guess they have so many 5 star reviews they don't need new customers.
