I've been coming here since I was 19 and I haven't been to any other chiropractor since. Your back is extremely important and if you don't take care of it you may not ever recover. You can/should make an appointment but because Dr.rush knows me I usually walk in when I'm hurting. As a 32 yr that has a physical job (veterinary nurse) with scoliosis, the therapy/adjustment I receive here leaves me feeling at ease and I'm able to maneuver around well again. He caters to YOUR specific needs and doesn't treat YOUR issues/injuries the same. They do except HSA and major credit cards. Getting your body cracked in various different ways can be a really scary thing. I was terrified my first time but sense going I can't imagine how I would feel without my regular appointments. I have scoliosis so it's really important for me to get realignment regularly. My scoliosis results and me having a lot of back and neck pain that requires regular. Dr. Rush makes it such an easy, nonthreatening environment and he helps to relax And distract you from what is going on. The appointments are super quick and he make sure that he has time to fit you in as soon as possible. Whenever I call he gets me in within the next 24 hours. Honestly within the next 12 hours. When I go for my appointments I get that scary neck cracking thing done where they twist your neck to each side. Having known and made many referrals to Dr. Brian Rush in the last 12 or so years, it was only recently that I had an opportunity to use him personally. Not sure how and when it happened, I recently started having issues with my neck, left elbow and arm. Whether it was the landscaping work that I'm not so used to or some other extra-curricular activity, I started having a numb and tingling sensation from my left elbow to hand. Knowing enough that I wasn't having a stroke, I called Brian for assistance. Following a comprehensive check-up - including questions of whether or not I golfed - Dr. Rush determined what the problem was. ZERO STAR - that's what he deserves. I came out worst then I was feeling. I can't prove it but I'm sure this quack gave me a herniated disc and I've been in pain ever since. That was in March. Since then, I've spent thousands of dollars in physical therapy and now seeing a pain management office and thinking about surgery. I went in to see him because my back was aching. I was walking fine, I just couldn't get rid of this slight ache in my lower back. I told him I'd been to a chiropractor before, probably a dozen or so times and I needed just a slight adjustment with perhaps a local massage. He went in guns blazing and basically destroyed my back. The next day I was in so much pain I could think straight, a couple days later I could barely walk. He has ruined my life. I will never be the same. If i could prove it I would sue. Dr, staff, location, everything about this office surpassed my expectations. The staff welcomes you upon entry, phone calls are actually answered not a recording but an actual human being with factual answers. That alone is worth the 5 stars, but there's sooo much more!! Dr Rush actually reviews the questions you answered at sign in and it shows because he and his colleague enter the room prepared to tackle you with the right questions (yes I noticed doc) He makes his assessment based on items you mention, you know we tend to leave things out, from there I had my X-ray right in the office and began my treatment on the same day which was wonderful! I myself appreciated seeing machinery (massage type stuff) from a Chiropractors office I saw in my younger years whom retired who actually tackled the issues I felt and got me on my feet feeling great again sooner than later. One of my complaints was dizziness which I'm waiting to see my PCP for and after my adjustment and treatment at my initial visit with Rush Chiropractic it's gone !! Unreal!! I cant believe a visit to the chiro took away dizziness I've had now for a couple of months that made me very concerned. I cant thank Dr Rush enough! Let me start by saying that I know several people that were happy with his services. I am not one of them. They are pushy in making you come in way more than is necessary to run up a big bill with the insurance company. Once there you are moved like cattle through the process. After my back got worse with treatment I asked not to be adjusted and he skipped a few days. Then when he said he was just stretching me, he cracks me again. I tell him a second time that I can't take it and he tells me that I will be in pain if I am adjusted or not. After a third time that he snuck in the opportunity to crack my back, I was done. That same day I got a letter from my insurance company saying I was to cease and desist all chiropractic care. My insurance company had their chiropractor examine me and he sent them the reccomendation for me to stop. I'm worse off for having gone there. Only time and my new Vi Spring mattress can help me now. read more

I've never posted a review before but thought this was something others needed to know! I have had chronic pain for the past 16 yrs. I am only 32 and back pain has been part of my identity. I didn't know what living without back pain even was. I was consistently in moderate pain on good days. My co-worker recommended Dr. Rush to me to help me with the pain in my lower back which also radiated to my right butt. I was already seeing a physical therapist who cracked my back and applied heat and electric treatment and requested that I rest. Since I was a very active person, I wanted to explore other options to find the reason for my pain. Dr. Rush x-rayed my back and found that I had scoliosis. He asked me to get an MRI, which showed that I also had a bulging disc and from that diagnosis, I was asked to get in touch with an orthopedic doctor. Compared to all the other doctors, where nothing was really done, I would say that within 3 weeks of meeting Dr. Rush, we accomplished a whole lot! Although I have a long way to go, I feel like we moved quickly to find out the source of my problem and now it's on to a treatment plan. He also has a lot of contacts, so while I would have had to wait longer to get the result from the MRI, he was able to get the information immediately. He has a dynamic personality and is also kind and intelligent. He spends time with me and knows what is important to me, which is to get well enough to continue with my sports training.
