We returned at 10am to find a long line of people waiting for them to open. The staff were courteous and tried their best to keep the line moving upon opening. I was doing a simple return on a item, mind you I had a QR code ready. 1. She said I HAD to print it. $3 charge from them to print a paper. 2. I grabbed one of their shipping bags. I know this would be an extra charge. Was like 4$. Fine. She then proceeded to say that electronics need to be in a box. So i said ok fine, until she proceeded to charge me for a 6$ box . 3$ tape fee, some other 3$ service charge. Just a bunch of BS. This was literally phone charger return. Awful experience
