Came here for Valentine's Day. The booking was easy and they text you right away with updates or if you have any questions. We arrived 15 min early and were accommodated promptly. They even held our phones to snap pictures for us as we walked to the helicopter. The headphones had a connection issue which made one or the other work but there wasn't much talking needed anyways. Lol the view was beautiful and the pilot pointed out landmarks like star island and answered any questions we had. Only issue I had was they asked if we wanted the doors on or off. I wanted on. But the front where the pilot was had the doors off so it was a cold ride. Wish they made that more clear. Other than that it was a fun experience for us both. read more

I surprised my boyfriend with airplane tour for his bday in Feb 2018. We live in West Palm so obviously to drive to go was long but it is ok because traffic was light. Pros: the staff member was nice, very friendly. He talked to us about all the rules and tried to make us upgrade which we could have done because it was pretty affordable but we weren't feeling it too much. I am scared of height so at the beginning it was kinda scary for me because the plane was shaking a lot but when it got near the ocean area it was really smooth. I cannot really think of a con. I loved how intimate the executive airport feels. I took my 11 year old nephew so he may experience his first flight ever on anything and he absolutely loved it.
