At 2:45 PM, after missing the party, they offered a free home visit, but it was without my granddaughter's friends and family and not the same experience. (They later denied offering me the free performance. ) They finally arrived at 4:30 PM and stayed only 20 minutes. I paid a $120 deposit via Zelle and an additional $50 tip/travel directly to the performer. Despite not fulfilling the contract, they are refusing to refund the deposit. Be aware of poor communication and false promises. I do not recommend this company.
