07/29/22 Rating: No Stars!…read more Sadly, last Friday, I think I committed the ultimate Yelper "cardinal sin" ...and that is to not check out the Yelp reviews before heading out! I don't know what happened to me. I guess life happened. In my haste to get school preparation out of the way I drove to the nearest uniform store on my one day off. I admit that this entire experience or lack thereof could have been avoided if I had just looked this place up and had gone elsewhere. Store: The store is situated in what used to be I believe a Todd's Restaurant after Hurricane Andrew. Parking is ample. There's a security guard at the door and I found that both puzzling and comforting at the same time? Inside the store are low-lying ceiling and I honestly, I did not know why I did not take that as a sign, but it's really dark in there. There's a long glass counter at the front and behind there is a room where I guess they stock their orders and from my view, it looked like a mess. There seem to be a lot of young people working the floor, but very few on the counter helping people checking out. Although this store seems to be partnering with one specific school, they will print other logos. Customer Service: On my visit on Friday, there were two young ladies that assisted me at the counter and they were nice enough. I needed the school logo on shirts that I had bought elsewhere. One told me that my order would come the next Tuesday and when I was passed on the next young lady, she told me it would be two Tuesday from now. I mean, I guess as long as it gets done before school starts right? I paid and I was told that I will get a text message. I walked around looking for some shorts and a very nice and a much younger girl helped me navigate and look in the dark. Fast forward to Monday, I got a text message that my order was ready! Hurray! I was elated. I called Tuesday afternoon to make sure that they are open by the time I get out of work. After being stuck in traffic for 45 minutes, I got there 15 mins before they close. Win! It felt like forever waiting to be acknowledged at the glass counter. When it was finally my turn, the young lady called me up and I told her I was picking up. She printed a receipt and she passed me on to the Hispanic guy which I presumed was the owner. Earlier, he was helping a lady forever. Then he finished with her and walked away while I wait. While still in line, the same lady returned and asked if I was in line...I mean, I've only been standing there for 15 mins. Then he balled Hispanic man returned and instead of calling me up, he called her up. Great. So when the young lady passed me on to him I was not very thrilled. While looking at the receipt, he then proceeded to tell me that my order is not yet ready. I showed him the text and he exclaimed that "I am lucky." He found my package and asked me to check it. The one right thing they did right. And I am glad that I did because as you can see from the photo, the embroidery suck. I could not help notice that the logos were far too small, or very obscure. That I can overlook, but the icing on the cake was the terrible embroidery on one of the gray shirt. It look like cat scratched it off before my son tried to sew it on. And to think I even thought about buying one of their $8 patches. I brought it to the attention of the owner and right away he became defensive and started pointing at the receipt that I had sign. He kept saying it's not their fault, and they are not responsible. He looked at the logo and I compared it with the other logos and he said he don't see anything wrong with it. And that it was the machine and that they are not responsible. And I asked if they send it out and the said no they embroidered it here but it's nothing they can do to fix it. Product: My son's school logo is a falcon. See the photos of comparison. Not only is their logo much smaller, the image is vague. The Falcon is missing it's face and the silver lining on its open wings. I am terribly sad that I will be sending my son to school in these. I immediately felt bad after that man BS his way out of their mistake. I was not asking for first class service, but I felt bad because I just knew that these people are taking advantage of other people's desperate situation. And it's no wonder that the parents on the school Facebook page did not at all mention this business in a recommendation post. I have no one but myself to blame. I don't like the other popular uniform chain in Old Dixie Hwy either but they have much better quality there for sure.

After they work on the logo you want on your shirts, they send you a picture of what you want for your t-shirts for your approval. I have deigned shirts on my own and sent them the graphic I want with the fonts I want and they work with me without any issues. They do everything they can to make your vision reality. Orders are ready in two weeks. You are responsible for following up with them as they don't call you to let you know your order status. I can see why that may bother some folks, but just be ready for having to call them if you decide to use their services. They are offering more discounted days during the year I feel where I can buy the uniforms I need. Also they still have fun out of some items however now they offer to order it to your home with free shipping. This is great especially if you buy your uniforms early as I normally do. My kids uniforms are also lasting a bit longer. They don't break as often and I have managed to save some for the next year. So the quality is better. The uniforms are still pricey however they are all embroidered and I know that can get expensive. If you go on discount days you really save a lot. If you order online make sure you order ahead since some things are back ordered.

This place closed at 7pm, and I was here at 6:30pm…read more I needed some emergency scrubs for next day use. I rushed inside and just grabbed random scrubs to try on in the dressing room. ( Honestly, I was just looking for certain colors) As I rush to the dressing room, one of the girls working asks me if I need help. I just tell her i need a dressing room since i didn't want to keep them long after 7. She turns around and grabs a pair of scrubs from the brand healing hands and informs me its a popular brand due to it's so form fitting material. She was absolutely right. They look and feel amazing. I am so grateful there was such great customer service. She made sure I tried on enough brands to feel confident enough in the one I was going to purchase. This place deserves 5 stars after that service. She never even reminded me of the time they close nor complained that i was taking too long. If she wasn't there to help me out, I would have left with some horrific scrubs that made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks to her, I love my purchase and my experience.
