On our most recent trip, we stayed at two different vacation club resorts, and both offered spacious accommodations, great amenities, and a very comfortable experience for our family. The reservation process through Interval has always been simple and convenient. The website is easy to navigate, the available options are clearly presented, and we have been able to find and book very good resorts without difficulty. Everything has worked smoothly from the initial search through the final reservation, which gives us confidence when planning future trips. We have also been very pleased with the overall quality of the vacation clubs available through Interval. The properties we have visited have generally offered excellent facilities, comfortable villas, friendly staff, and many activities to enjoy during our stay. We would love to learn more about all the features, benefits, and opportunities included with our membership so that we can take even greater advantage of it in the future. Overall, we are very happy with Interval International and with the experiences we have had so far. We definitely plan to continue using the service for future vacations.

To start, there were cameras inside the villa, and it was clear someone was monitoring them 24/7. That alone destroyed any sense of privacy. On top of that, the management team actually entered the villa during our stay without permission, which felt like a huge violation. When it came to checkout, they withheld our $3,500 security deposit over reasons that were completely unreasonable. They claimed there was "trash" left behind, fabricated music complaints, and even made false accusations of damages -- yet they have refused to provide any proof, invoices, or documentation to support these charges. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory in how they treat their guests. Stay away from Villa Banyan and this management company -- it is not worth the risk.

They lied to me twice prior to our check-in date about the property in Fort Lauderdale not being…read moreaffected by the recent flooding. Being from that area I knew that it was impossible, however I trusted them when they told me that there was no water damage whatsoever and people currently staying at the property. When My wife and I got to the neighborhood there was trash and debris in front of almost every home except the one that we were staying at. When we entered the home I could tell that the water damage had been covered up by (killz) spray paint with the exception of some areas that the contractors were too lazy to move objects away from. There was mold in those areas as well as plug in air fresheners in almost every outlet in the home. There was also tons of furniture damage from the standing water. We still haven't received a full refund because they're trying to have us pay for their loss of one night and a cleaning fee even though we were only at the property for 5 hours (most of which was spent on the phone trying to get in touch with/get a resolution from Tangy management. We had to leave and find another property from a different company because our eyes were burning and we were having trouble breathing. The only resolution that Tangy Management Solutions could come up with was, was to turn on dehumidifiers and send circulating air fans to the property. See attached photos.

Refund took 2 months to reconcile. The 3rd party booking agency could have been the ones giving me the runaround, but my experience was very poor with Tangy Management.
