We got several quotes from comparable sprinkler companies, but Brad (the owner) was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, AND had the best prices. He partners with BioGrass for the sod, which we really appreciated since they seem to be the best sod farm in Utah. He had some great suggestions on the which sprinkler heads to use and also put in a smart sprinkler box for us (we can control everything from our phones/computers/tablets). He and his guys are hard workers and made sure that everything was put in properly. They also respected our property and animals (we have chickens, goats, and dogs and all of them handled all the activity very well). Everything is greening up nicely and the sprinklers have been working perfectly. During the installation process, a flood light in our backyard was accidentally broken. When I brought the problem to Brad's attention, he took time out of his busy schedule to personally come out and fix it. He obviously has his customers' best interests at heart! We were assured they would come back in the spring to make sure everything was working. Now that the secondary water is on, Classic has informed us we aren't eligible to have them come back and check their work as our install was only an add on and not a full install. So much for customer service. They don't answer the phone, the only way to get a response is to complete the form on the website.

She consciously comes across as a sincere person to develop your trust, in order to scam you later on. I am very pleased with how they followed through. They replaced the gutters and downspouts on one side of my home with larger six-inch black gutters designed to handle heavy runoff from steep rooflines. The installation looks good, and they extended the leaf guards along the full runs beyond what we had originally discussed, adding meaningful value. The corner splash protection should also help control water in the most difficult areas. My earlier review noted that the heat tracing still needed to be reconnected. They returned, completed that work, and took care of much more than I expected. Their willingness to come back, finish the details, and do significant additional work earned my confidence and changed the experience to a five-star one. I appreciate their follow-through and am very happy with the completed project.
