They came out to fix it, but weren't able to fix the zones for all programs; only 1 zone for program A and 1 zone for program B; program C still not able to use the zones. This seemed satisfactory to them, but I use all programs for different watering times. Finally, after they came out to "fix" the panel, pipes in 2 other zones broke. I don't know if it's coincidence, but it seems like everything they touch breaks. I asked why the pipes burst since they were fine prior to any of this work. Was told that it was because the lines weren't blown out last fall. That's not true--I had them blown out last fall. Very disappointing experience.

We got several quotes from comparable sprinkler companies, but Brad (the owner) was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, AND had the best prices. He partners with BioGrass for the sod, which we really appreciated since they seem to be the best sod farm in Utah. He had some great suggestions on the which sprinkler heads to use and also put in a smart sprinkler box for us (we can control everything from our phones/computers/tablets). He and his guys are hard workers and made sure that everything was put in properly. They also respected our property and animals (we have chickens, goats, and dogs and all of them handled all the activity very well). Everything is greening up nicely and the sprinklers have been working perfectly. During the installation process, a flood light in our backyard was accidentally broken. When I brought the problem to Brad's attention, he took time out of his busy schedule to personally come out and fix it. He obviously has his customers' best interests at heart! Now that the secondary water is on, Classic has informed us we aren't eligible to have them come back and check their work as our install was only an add on and not a full install. So much for customer service. They don't answer the phone, the only way to get a response is to complete the form on the website.

She consciously comes across as a sincere person to develop your trust, in order to scam you later on. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there.
