I am so pleased with the work that was completed on my sprinkler system. I had a zone that was not working, they came out and tested all the parts to see if it was a simple repair, unfortunately it was not and the valve had to be replaced . The box was in a tricky spot to get to and they got to it and replaced the valve in no time at all. Best of all they were very kind and personable . I hired Simple Monkey to turn on our irrigation system, check the system for proper coverage and make repairs. They were prompt in scheduling, but they couldn't make all the repairs at the first appointment. They came back and made repairs, which included burying an exposed line and moving some heads. The cost was much more than they quoted. After a week or two I checked the system and we had heads over spraying. One of the main concerns I had was the deck being sprayed directly, which I told them at the first appointment, and the deck was still being sprayed. I get the systems aren't perfect and you can control only so much. Called them up and they came back out. They made some adjustments. The deck was not being sprayed as before. I don't know if they just don't carry many K Rain heads or they ran out or there is a supply issue, but we still have overspray and are lawn is not being irrigated properly. I also had them install a new controller, which is terrible. A piece of junk. The buttons don't work well and the font on the label is awful. I know this isn't their fault, but I don't see how anyone would want this style. read more

I have been using Simple Monkey Lawn Care since mid-summer 2019. They do an excellent job both mowing and edging. They come when they are supposed to and are fast and efficient. I live on a corner lot so they have a lot of edging to do, but they do it well and the lines are always straight and sharp. Simple Monkey does a better job than anyone else I've ever hired to take care of our lawn! If this rating could be higher than 5 stars, they would get more! read more
