I have been going to this practice for 40+ years with excellent results…read more Dr.Lindemann is a skilled cosmetic dentist, He has done a bridge and supervised several implants and root canals which he outsources. I have always been comfortable in his chairs and his staff is wonderful. A recent negative experience which he chooses to call a "mis-communication" caused me significant anxiety. First, he refused to acknowledge that a 15 year-old bridge was failing when pieces were falling off of it and I felt it moving. He said "No it's OK" then when it failed 10 days later (Just prior to a trip I was taking) he refused to consider replacing the bridge with an implant and two crowns, as I always hated my bridge. He also initially refused to put a temporary bridge in for my trip, insisting that the remaining broken bridge would be OK. I had to insist on a temporary bridge before he would do it. Only after I called BS on his rationale for not supporting an implant (Dental Assistant helped me with the discussion), did he finally agree that an implant was a viable solution. He claimed that he never thought of that as an option and did not understand my request. Also, the "Contact Us" software on their website was not working and my message was not noticed until I had them go search for it. I will acknowledge that there may be a hearing issue, but twice I felt dismissed die to listening issues. I love the staff dearly, and will be extra cautious to have one of them present during all Dr. discussions. The staff was much more apologetic than was the dentist. His closure was that "It all worked out in the end". He did not acknowledge the bedside manner issues even though I articulated them clearly in a detailed 3 page letter. He only apologized for a "misunderstanding".

I came to Paul Scott as a problem child. He was trying to fix a nightmare I had with another…read moredentist. I already had a bad taste in my mouth with my other dentist (I didn't mean to make that pun but... Dr. Scott will like that one - haha) so, he sure had his work cut out for him. Dr. Scott started off with some jokes why was this important? I was NERVOUS. The jokes helped. Next, he did the most important part (something the other dentist refused to do)... HE LISTENED TO ME. He was kind and he took my pain seriously. He did another root canal and as root canals go, this wasn't as painful as I had braced myself for. When the procedure was finished, I was escorted to the door like I mattered and then, after a few days, a key staff member named, Rita called and checked on me. She didn't act like it was her job or that calling me was a hassle. Rita wanted to know my level of pain (I was doing great) and asked if I needed any further help. I know that no one wants a root canal but, if you have to have one... you might as well go to the specialist the first time. Rita can also give you recommendations on other dentists for cleanings etc (she recommended Dr. Rawley for my needs and I LOVE him too) ---- I know I was a difficult patient. I even cried from my pain and 9 months and counting of frustration and pain caused by another dentist but they were AMAZING - PS - THE ENTIRE FRONT STAFF IS KIND - EVERYONE -

I have had 2 root canals done by him and it went great both times. 100% eased my mind of being fearful of the dentist. If you can get through a root canal, I imagine the other stuff is a breeze.
