I go here very often and always have a friendly visit. They communicate your treatment plan and options and your projected cost. I not only paid a copay during the visit but my insurnace paid out of network benefits and they are still asking for hundreds of dollars within 30 days or we will be discharged from the practice and sent to collections. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. It's hard to find a good Dentist in Brevard County that does not rip you off or try to sell products and services that you really do not need. What an amazing experience, from scheduling to wait time, professionalism to perfection. Had a…read moreveneer (front top) break and went to another dentist for replacement. After spending several thousands of dollars and (now I know) unnecessary pain, I was left with a front tooth that was the wrong shape, was too thick, was the wrong color and they hadn't told me that instead of a veneer, they shaved it down so much it was now a crown. I was devastated. I found Dr. Rutsis and they immediately got me in and agreed that "it's good enough" (what the previous dentist told me) wasn't the standard they held themselves at. They had me go to the lab where the veneer was created to actually get it color matched. At the previous dentist, everytime they worked on the tooth, they gave me shots, so I had 4 shots in the same place over a period of a couple months. My mouth was extremely sore and I was terrified when Dr. Rutsis was going to put the new tooth on. To my surprise, I didn't need a shot. There was no yanking, pulling or drilling like before. The difference was surreal. The greatest thing though was when she was done, the replacement looked beautiful. It matched perfectly, my smile was back!!! I literally broke into happy tears and all the ladies at the office were just as happy for me. I feel like I not only found a gem of an office but I made a handful of supportive friends through the experience. Today I went back to get some cavities filled....something I've put off for years because of all the horrid experiences I've had with dentists.
