Kathryn Loret was friendly but didn't provide much info. she isn't my main audiologist. She didn't suggest any options, etc. She just tested my hearing. PA Kelly wasn't respectful to my needs. Prior to this appointment I talked to my audiologist and Lauren about the BiCros. When I saw PA Kelly i mentioned this and she said no that's not an option for you since your hearing is too bad in the one ear. I then had to follow up with Lauren who told me it was. No PA, audiologist or Dr. should only suggest a cochlear implant if there's other options. Getting a cochlear is a life changing experience.

My son received surgery today and the nursing staff, doctors and team were ALL wonderful. They made him feel confident and at ease heading into surgery. Awful patient and customer care! The NP rushed me through my appointment, did not ask if I had any…read moreneck issues before she twisted my head and neck, got frustrated with me when I could not relax (even after I told her I am currently suffering from anxiety), she just handed me a handout with pictures on how to "fix" myself. She did not take the time to explain the handout then the appointment ended. The admin was inconsiderate and didn't listen to my concerns in finding an actual doctor to see in their office nor did she care that I was suffering from vertigo so waiting until October to be seen was not going to work. What a terrible thing for any patient to go through when trying to find medical help! I'm sure the drs there would be appalled the way both treats patients!

I witnessed them make fun of an older man who couldn't hear very well. I also heard them discussing how "not nice" they are and to what degree. I was also supposed to be referred to a different specialist but I've not heard anything in weeks despite being told I'd be contacted. It's just a very unprofessional office.

Whoever the woman is that answers the phone is very rude and short. I will never go to this Doctor…read morebased upon this experience. She definitely does not have people skills.
