The clinic opened Monday at 8:30am. We arrived at around 10am and there wasn't a line. We just walked right up and got our shots. The only thing that was flawed was there was no designated in and out of the room so when you get in line you exit the same way you enter, through the line. I am guessing when there is a long line it will be less confusing and they will set up an entrance and exit. For the first time my arm wasn't sore and I had no ill side effects. I kept moving my arm as they suggested and it worked this time.

It is now two days later and they did not even give me a call back or anything. When I called them right now, being the one that initiated the second call, the mail that answered had absolutely no reason why they didn't call me back. The only reason that he stated was because they don't work on Sundays. I let him know that in psychiatry, any reasonable person would think it's extremely important that they check their messages when they come in having somebody on call to do that for their patients. Supremely important is that they return phone calls. Any reasonable person in my opinion would believe that if you're dealing in psychiatry, actually somebody's life could be on the line and you don't even call them back for two days. Note that I'm not saying that that's in my case but they have no idea who I am and who the people are. They are calling for the first time. For me to witness them dropping the ball this seriously, I'll be calling somebody else that shows the importance needed to do this type of work and to take it seriously enough. I offered him more than one time to give me a good explanation on why they never called back and he was unable to do it and only apologized. In my opinion, others should realize that they did this.

One time they didn't even bother to call to let me know the appointment was cancelled, I arrived at their office and got to know that it was cancelled. Horriable. Everytime we were there, need to wait for more than one hour, it is not how you treat patients.

If people are unhappy about having to return for a second visit or an additional copay, that is not her fault, she is part of the UCDavis system and this is unfortunatelty the level of health care we have in this country. Everyone here was genuinely kind, helpful and informative. Starting out with the wonderful women at the front desk they are attentive and sweet. I was told to turn my paperwork in quickly to get my appointment in before their hour lunch break. They saw me within 20 mins of walking in. I got full coverage because of my financial situation and they informed me on everything I could think of in terms of sexual safety and future coverage. They all felt like mothers to me and I could really set my nerves at ease. I walked out less than an hour after walking in and I couldn't be happier with my experience!!
