In order to make an appointment you need to go Monday thru Friday between 10 and 5. Not so easy for 2 people who both work during those hours. The owner took the lamp in back to look at and repair, in less than 5 minutes he brought it back ready-to-go; however, he charged her $25 plus tax. When she questioned him if why such a basic job cost so much he had no answer. He never gave her a quote, he just fixed it and charged an inflated rate. Most reputable repair stores would have tightened it for free, or charged a small service fee. There are plenty of family-run reputable electrical repair shops in the area, go anywhere but here! Horrible service, horrible owner, be warned!
