There is a complete disconnect between the service people and customer service. One has no idea what the other is doing. Customer service gives me the run around every time I call. The company has cost me over 4 days in missed work. Countless hours waiting on the phone and more than a dozen representatives that keep asking me if I added a large appliance. There is not one person that will take the responsibility and I am utterly stuck. I am considering legal action.

My husband and I moved to Nj in January from New York and we are fortunate enough to be in a new built home. We have always talked about getting solar when we moved so once we were actually in our new home we started doing our research and landed on this company. If I could go back in time and go with another solar company I absolutely would because instead of this process being exciting and seamless, it has been a true nightmare considering I've had my solar panels on my roof for over 6 weeks and they are still not turned on due to failed inspections. You would think a company that has been doing this type of craft for so long would know the proper permits to get when installing solar on a customers roof, but sadly you can't always assume people know what they're doing. So not only do we have solar panels on my roof that are not turned on for weeks due to failure to get the proper permits, but the company's men were also negligent and damaged my front step. When speaker to our salesmen who is also incompetent and fails to represent us although he's the one making the sale off us, he told my husband and I that when the men work, they are suppose to put some type of protection down on your property so they do not damage anything. This was not the case for my install because not only did the workers half ass and were careless on my property, but I have a huge black Tar mark on the front step of my brand new home. Obviously we were extremely upset but we did not show we were mad because the workers told us they would take care of it. Well just like the solar panels that are not turned on on top of my roof, my step was NOT taken care of and it has been WEEKS. No one has called us, kept us in the loop as to when either issue would be resolved, and best part, the owner of this company got nasty with my husband after expressing how frustrating this all is that we are left in the dark. This company has no remorse, and does NOT care about the consumer. All this company has done to us is put more stress on our busy lives, and aggravate us that we are not taken as a priority. This company takes on more jobs then they can handle, and moves onto the next job without completing the first job. Absolutely HORRIBLE and my husband and I are in the process of going to the BBB and taking legal action. What? That is the most disgusting business practice I have ever come across. Hope these people rot where they don't need any solar panels for heat. If you're older, don't plan on staying in your house for a decade or more, or don't want to burden your kids with dealing with a company like this, please avoid doing business with them. If you die while they're screwing you, they're going to screw your kids over instead.
