Although Alexandra Jones is not an MD, she is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and I honestly wouldn't want anyone else as my primary care provider. I see specialists for basically everything, so having a primary who is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly attentive is what matters most to me. She never makes appointments feel rushed, takes the time to really listen, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. This person needs re-trained, or I will transfer to the Aventura location if I have to continue to call back to get anyone other than chris for booking my appointments.
