I've been seeing Alexandra Jones, DNP for quite a few years now after previously seeing Dr. Santini before her retirement. The transition was seamless, and I'm so grateful to have found such an excellent primary care provider. Although Alexandra Jones is not an MD, she is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and I honestly wouldn't want anyone else as my primary care provider. I see specialists for basically everything, so having a primary who is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly attentive is what matters most to me. She never makes appointments feel rushed, takes the time to really listen, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. It's also very easy to get an appointment when needed, which I really appreciate. read more

Dr's are very nice here. I have been coming here many years. However the reason for my 3 star review today is due to the phone answering service personnel. "Chris" is very unprofessional, condescending and flat out rude. Why be in customer service if you have no customer service skills? This person needs more training in being helpful to patients, especially when they have been coming here a long time, though everyone deserves courteous communications in general. This person needs re-trained, or I will transfer to the Aventura location if I have to continue to call back to get anyone other than chris for booking my appointments. read more

Very concerned about my care. I've been a patient for several years and was happy with the practice. However, I am not pleased currently. The office has not received my monthly injectable medication. I am now missing the meds for the second month. I went to the office and they were unaware that they didn't have my meds. No one called me. My calls to the office have not been returned. The office should be up to date on my medication. They should have notified me that they didn't have my meds since December. I should not have to chase them. I'm still waiting for a return call. dr Oliver was absolutely uninterested in providing coordination of care. He made no attempt to gather my medical history or get records from my specialists or previous GP. When I tried to go through my medical history Dr Oliver actually said he didn't have time for me to 'educate' him. Humana removed my previous GP from their provider list forcing me into one of their GP practice. now I am back searching for a Humana approved GP. read more

If 0 was an option, that's what I would give them. The level of Care that my brother received during his visit on March 18, 2025 with Olivier LeGloahec unfortunately fell far below our expectations. His demeanor was condescending and dismissive, His lack of compassion made what should have been a productive and informative visit both frustrating and disheartening. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their reason for seeking medical attention. Given the way we were treated, I do not recommend his care to anyone. read more

BEWARE OF KARI TANNENBAUM! SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE! If I could give this office ZERO stars I would! This is the worse doctor's visit I have ever had in my life! She is rude, dismissive, does not allow you to speak or ask questions. She does not seem to know what she is doing and can only refer you out to other doctors. When I asked for refills on my blood pressure medication, she told me to see a cardiologist because she does not provide that type of medication. I have never heard of that. I was shocked. When I asked her again because I always got my refills from my previous primary that retired, she immediately ended the visit and left the room. She has ZERO compassion towards patients; therefore, she should not be working with them. I submitted a complaint with my health insurance since they are the ones that referred me to her. read more

This place is just bad. I was a patient of Dr. Barish's. She left and they assigned me to an NP. I saw him a few times. He wasn't great. But fine. Well, then he left. So they rescheduled my next appointment with another doctor. Before the appointment could even happen, I got a call that this OTHER doctor had left and would need to call and reschedule with someone ELSE. Mind you, this will be my third try for this same appointment. However, I've been calling and can't even leave a message to reschedule! "The person you're trying to reach isn't available. Good bye." And hangs up. I can't say I'm surprised. After going to this practice for far longer than I should have, I know it's nearly impossible to get through to a person, to get a call back, to get a refill on a prescription. Today I had my 6 month checkup appointment with Dr. Barish. She is like going to visit with a friend. She is very knowledgeable about both medicine and supplements and is sweet and easy to talk to. KARI TANNENBAUM IS NOT A DOCTOR. She is a swindler just collecting copays for that useless office. She does not understand what is to be a physician. She's incompetent and can only refer you out to other doctors since she doesn't know what she is doing. She probably couldn't treat a hang nail. She is rude, self absorbed, and shows zero compassion towards patients. I assume she never understood what patient care meant and it's shocking she ever made it through medical school. She will not examine you, just stay on her computer. She won't allow you to speak or ask questions. She will abruptly terminate any chance of inquiring about your health and will leave the room. I had heard many positive reviews of Dr Susan Barrish and was very much looking forward to my appointment at her office. First of all, the office is beautiful! As soon as I was escorted inside the main area, I was impressed with the cozy details of very tasteful decor throughout the whole office space. Such a pleasant surprise, compared to many offices that are stark, plain or just blah in appearance. Dr Barrish! She was incredibly warm and attentive. She put me at ease with her calm bedside manner and was just so kind and caring. I actually enjoyed the exam time with her and feel so happy that I have found an internist with whom I am confidently comfortable, as she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I "have" been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and to be perfectly honest it was just convenient. With a background in medicine as a PA in the US Navy I really just needed a GP for monitoring and lab work. That was until recently! My wife left this practice years ago completely dissatisfied. I am in my latter 60's at this point and finally needed my doctor to be a doctor. I had a pretty vicious UTI and definately needed a culture and a script for Cipro (antibiotic) stat! Dr Neuman it was the first time in 20 years I needed you to be a doctor and you failed miserably. Oh sure after 5 calls you finally took the time to order the Rx but you did it by mail order because you weren't paying attention. Are you serious??? Pay attention!!! You told me to call the office and speak to your assistant. Which one they change every other month. For that matter the bulk of you staff does too! Your practice is a business for profit and has little to do with medical care. Its like an airport, you never see the same people twice. I still have a voice but I couldn't help but think of all the elderly patients (the bulk of your practice) that have no voice and depend on you and your practice for their health care. It took 3 days to get your office to send lab results and radiological reports to my Urologist. Really are you serious. My surgery is this week. Thanks! I wanted to like Tannenbaum but when she was rude to my elderly mother we both decided it was the last time to be treated improperly. Oh my. Not sure I know enough superlatives to review PPC, as a quarterly patient... Let's start with lab personnel, prompt, organized and "good stick" for blood draws. Reception staff, friendly (there must be a smile under that mask) Med Assistants, personable, efficient and listen. Dr. Susan Barrish is always helpful. She understands that I am at a dump of a rehab. It's called HCRManorCare in Boca. My blood pressure has been extremely high. She agrees that when I return home I will likely feel far less stress and the blood pressure will likely go down to my normal 120/60, rather than 144/82. I switched my primary care physician to Dr. Kari Tannenbaum about six months ago. I am very happy with her professionalism and attentiveness to my health concerns. The office runs like an airline schedule. Your appointment time has less than a five minute wait. It is a pleasant surprise to be in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Liu is a joy to have. I really wanted to leave a good review based on my first visit but it's gone downhill from there. First visit was great, efficient, fast and the Doc took time for my evaluation. On the second visit, I returned for blood work and a X-ray. X-ray was quick and I returned to the wait area for my turn for the bloodwork. 45 min later I asked the front desk attendant how much longer it would be and found out the facility was in the next building over. My prescription was never called in to my pharmacy and they lost my X-ray. So, the previous reviews are accurate. This is not a competent practice. read more

Kari Tannenbaum does not deserve the title of Doctor before her name and from my experience she does not practice medicine at all. She does however enter the room in a rush and doesn't stop talking the entire time she's present. She is rude and condescending and won't listen when you explain what you need. I was referred to the practice to see another doctor but due to the wait I was offered an appointment with Kari Tannenbaum instead. I decided to take it and didn't do any research prior to the appointment. Upon entering the room Kari Tannenbaum was aggressive and rude and asked why I was on her schedule. I never was able to explain as she would cut me off or talk overtop of my explanation. At one point I actually asked her why she was being so rude to me and quickly decided to leave afterwards. I will never return to this practice just because of this experience. There are several highly rated doctors but their schedules are very booked and the office staff will offer you appointments with people like Kari Tannenbaum, but its just a waste of your time because of how she conducts herself during her visits. read more

However, the staff at this location is quite possibly the rudest, least caring, low energy, least knowledgeable physician staff I have ever witnessed! Numerous screw ups, wrong information, taking forever for results. In fact I would have to call, and call, and call for someone to call me back to get my results! Not worth the headache! Dr. Liu is very good and this appt was no exception. She was running a little late with her schedule today though and I had to wait about 20-25 minutes in the examining room, but she gave me her full attention while we discussed my concerns, she answered my questions, and we agreed on a new plan of action for my condition. Dr. Audrey Liu is one of the most caring attentive yet professional doctor I have seen since I was a kid. She found out I was in the emergency for some kind of bug bite type thing . At first when they called and wanted to see me and I thought how ridiculous. But she tried two more times and I finally answered. All she wanted to do was make sure that I didn't have shingles. Well I went into the office and guess what I have SHINGLES. How many doctors would follow thru for a patient like that. My last doctor visit I went to barely gave me three minutes of his time and told me one diagnosis which turned out incorrect I would recommend Dr. Audrey Liu highly to anyone who is looking for a professional, yet caring doctor. read more

Kari Tannenbaum should no longer be practicing medicine. First and foremost, they don't prescribe medications. Being a cancer survivor, I felt my appointment was rushed, and she just gave me a bunch of referrals for other specialists. Additionally, I told her I wasn't feeling well and tried explaining my symptoms but she simply rushed out of the room and said, "Oh, that's too bad." What kind of doctor says that?!
