Finally I looked into car insurance with another company, and got exactly the same insurance for $250 per month less. Business insurance lower with another company by $32 per month. These were auto-deduct policies and when you get ready to cancel, you find out they bill you after the fact - your current payment pays for the prior month, so you still owe another month after you cancel. I never complain, so this is a first. You have to watch out for yourself. There are no deals for being a long-time customer.

She gave the same scripted reasons for 3 different renewals and when we still had questions this last time, she claimed to not know of things she told us before (but it was via email, so there's proof of it) and then pushed us away telling us to call 1-800# instead. Most importantly she communicates very condescendingly. Her rudeness in her latest email is what urged us to come give this location a low rating. We definitely do not plan to work with her anymore and will continue to contact Allstate 800# directly.
