My mother has been a patient there for years and deserved better treatment from a medical assistant. She is rude and very condescending on the phone and in person. My mother is wheelchair bound and we were like 10 minutes late to her appointment because it was hard to get her there. Dawn had the worse attitude the whole visit because we were late. There are more stories but I will leave it there. I can't believe she still has a job because I know she is probably mean to everyone.

When I called the office to inform I was told I was lying by the woman answering the phone and the office did not make any mistake. I informed I will not be returning to the office and she replied they didn't want me returning anyway. This really was not that big of a deal wrong phone number called and all but there there was no reason for me to be treated in that matter. Dr. Fahoury unfortunately I will not return to your office, I hope you read this and deal with your staff accordingly. My issue wasn't a big deal I can't imagine how she's treating the rest of your patients who call with real problems.

She typed on the computer as I explained to her what was going on with me. she said I would like you to go get x-rays, checked me out to see how I was (speaking to me in a soft and relaxing tone in her voice), and she asked so did I feel 1-10 you get. Long story short we started talking about alternatives medicine. I said I was in started that day an I am on a new journey. If you are unfamiliar with hospital food you may want to reconsider your preconceived notions. These whipped potatoes are very similar to mashed potatoes in that may have originated as a potato and serve delightfully as a no frills substitute, trust me you will wish you had more or something else. The Pot roast is very consistently cooked and brown and serves a a fat free protein that complements the whipped potatoes. With a bit a brown gravy you will have a beautiful rainbow of earth tones for your taste buds. The man behind the window at Flower Emergency room was totally rude and did nothing to acknowledge us. We felt invisible and my husband, who was laying down on the chairs as best he could (he is 6'1") got no attention and was in a great deal of pain. There was no one else in the emergency waiting room at the time and when we told the man that we were leaving he did not say a word and just cut off the wristband.
