First time citing he had a family emergency at the hospital, but would call me as soon as he could. Completely acceptable... except he never did. He intially told me that my tax refund would be $844, but later told me I owed $1,100. I had questions. He told me he would call me the next day to go over it. Never called. At this point, I don't even know if he's actually going to file my taxes. I've already paid him and everything. Certainly am not going through him again.
