After getting a bill for over $1100 the noise was the same and I was told my car was 'out of alignment.' The bill stated: "Services Completed" and listed Vehicle serviced, Alighnment checked and Four Wheel Alignment performed" I've been driving for over 40 years and know when the car pulls left or right or is out of alignment. The noise was very noticeable so there is no chance they took it for a test drive. I have 4 children, work two jobs and my wife works so I can't take a whole day off. My time is valuable. I've been using this place for 15 years but there seems to be new workers in the shop and at the front desk. My wife wanted me to take it back but finding another day off was impossible and after a few weeks went by why bother taking it back to the place that didn't fix it? I took it to another place and described the noise and the mechanic took it for a test drive, examined it andit was the stabilizer links on both front wheels. $60 each and with labor $120 my car drives like a new car. Why? Because Angela will be upfront with you and do everything she can to make everything go smoothly. I emailed her what I wanted then we spoke on the phone. She explained to me that if I was set on color and options, there was no timetable available as to when I would get something. But if I liked something available that was in transit it would be a lot quicker. The first one she showed by had pretty much everything I wanted so I took it. She emailed me all the forms I needed to fill out, explained what the fees were and went to reserve the vehicle. Everything was done in less than an hour. Angela kept me informed by email anytime the status of my vehicle changed. When it got closer to delivery, she made sure I was prepared with everything I needed to bring to make it go smoothly. Thanks to Angela, Noah in Tech & Anthony in Finance delivery was a breeze, even with me being under the weather! Although I confirmed with Angela that removed and deleted everything I needed in my trade in while I was there, night came and it occurred to me I forgot to remove the SD card from my dashcam..... Sent Angela an email and the next business day I get a text with picture that it was done. I've never had a bad experience at Lexus of Route 10. From my very first visit everyone I've ever dealt with here has always made me feel like a valued customer.

Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away.
