Today I called another local agent. Simply by ANSWERING THE PHONE, that new agent / State Farm / got all my business. Do NOT do business with this company. They know they have a 1 star on Yelp, and they didn't bother to ask why a LONG TIME customer decided to leave. (Hint: it wasn't about the price for me. It was the terrible Customer Service). PS - this is now called Allied Partners, but changing the name did nothing to improve the customer service.
