I only had one problem with this place: the dentist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In fact, my rating is probably more of a 2.5. I normally LOVE chatting with docs/dentists, but the conversation with this dentist left me feeling uneasy every time. I've always laughed it off as nothing, but when I told my friends/coworkers about my experience here, they were disconcerted and told me I should start looking for a new dentist. I've since switched to a different dental group altogether, but I do miss the amazing hygienists at Somerset.

The claim that they're "actively reviewing my concerns" is either a blatant lie or the truest look into how Aspen Dental treats their patients. Every day that passes is another step backwards in my Invisalign process. What a nightmare. All of this could've been avoided if someone, anyone, cared, but my experience demonstrates that the people of Aspen Dental truly could not care less about their patients.
