That incessant chatter is enough to make someone go crazy. However, Dr. Manisha Patel is the one who cleans your teeth, not a hygienist and she uses a vibrating tooth pick thinger (technical term) so she gets it done in 10 minutes. It's BRILLIANT. She's great, she does a thorough work up, and she's just really pleasant to be around. It's a low key family run office. I loved her, I will actually go back for my 6 month check up.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go, and it could not have gone better imo. I basically had no pain afterwards, but made sure to follow their care instructions they had provided. The consultation is the tough part, they're usually booked up, but once you get through that, they have plenty of dates for the actual surgery. The entire staff was very sweet, and got things done pretty quickly. I really appreciated two things - that they went through everything with you, and that they are very professional and do things quickly so you aren't stuck waiting too long. I really loved that during the consultation and after the surgery, they went over everything, so I wasn't worried at home. It's also super convenient that when you call, they have an extension just for pre- and post-op questions. I left a message once and they got back to me within a few hours. Cannot recommend them enough, can't explain what a relief it was to have such a phenomenal experience!

She was not only helpful to me but her demeanor with other patients as they came in was so caring and supportive. She is a true gem. In addition, Dr Pasternak was extremely helpful in explaining my procedure and gave great detail about what she would be doing. The quality of care continued as Michelle went over my treatment plan and cost estimates for the upcoming procedure. She was friendly, thorough and so caring. So when it came time for an extraction, I went into flight mode but avoidance was just causing more pain. Luckily, Dr Anderson had such a calming demeanor, and they offered sedation, that I was okay. After a kind assistant named Kelly, held my hand (don't judge) I drifted off to sleep only to awake to a sore mouth but the infected tooth gone. Now, this is no fairy tale, it hurt after the anesthesia and numbing wore off but the experience was good and I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Anderson and staff. She is so rude on the phone when you cancel an appointment. She asked me why I was canceling which is none of her business she is not my boss. She said I canceled twice in this whole year and she said she can prove it it's on paper. Hahaha!! I told her she was so annoying because she just keeps talking and talking and doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. I told her my dad passed away a week and a half before and she didn't even say anything about that went right over it. I had six fillings done last year in 2021 and she said they were only covered for one year and I called by Delta dental and they said it was covered for 24 months. I went to go see the doctor yesterday over a filling that I thought may have fell out and I told him that I thought he was a great Dentist but his receptionist Michelle was very rude and all he could say was "well we all have bad days" really! I gladly went up to the desk and asked for all my x-rays to be emailed to me and of course Michelle the very rude one only emailed me two of them and I've been going there for 4 years. I had to call her and tell her to send me all of them. She never stops talking she over talk to you all the time I've heard her do it to other patients while I sit in the waiting room and I could tell they are aggravated also. You would think the doctor what is said oh well I would like to know what she said to you, but he didn't. He lost me as a patient and I will tell everybody I know not to go back to him or to see him. I do not recommend this place.
