He set up a date/time for the 9 old, fully grown cedar trees to be removed and showed up on time & ready to go. They did give us a quote for the removal and then suggested contacting Benedict for this job as they had the proper tools to deal with our situation, they also indicated that Benedict would be cheaper for this job. So, after the person from Bartlett left I called Benedict and he indicated that he was in the area and could stop by in about 1/2hr to look at the job. He came by as promised looked over our tree and gave me a quote that was 1k less than Bartlett's. The team started at 7:30a the next morning and by 11a, the tree was gone and so was the crew.
