He did not file the case in the correct jurisdiction . I am a client that gave him the address and zip code along with the copy of the lease and the name of the tenant. Micheal got paid for his services and I even paid him to hire the sheriff to evict the tenant. The sheriff department too, took the fees and never said that the property is not in their jurisdiction . When I asked the sheriff to come to the property and Evict the tenant, only then they told me that the property was not in their jurisdiction, and they can not do any think about it . The case has to be filed allover again. Micheal was supposed to file the case in Kenmore and not in Buffalo. or vise versa. Micheal refused to take responsibility for his work and he is redoing the work the proper way. He wasted 3 month of my time and his fees and the sheriff fees for this. Now I have to start all over again. His lack of knowledge and experience is going to cost me another three months of lost rent and another attorney and the sheriff department fees all over again . Hiring Micheal dwan was a big mistake. He doesn't know his job.

Had surgery was a passenger in the car and he offered me this lowball settlement and he said that that was the best that he can do. He never called me back. Didn't know what was going on with the case, we did deposit depositions. He was supposed to redo the deposit depositions never did anything he said. not saying that he probably would be a better to someone just speaking from my experience with him. It was horrible and I would not suggest him for anything. Poor communication skills and the biggest liar I ever met. And it's so unsettling to think that this guy is playing and lying in my face and think that I did not see right through him . And even convince me to take the settlement by saying that if it was his own brother, he would say that this was a fair settlement.. after four years with this guy this was the best that he could come up with I accumulated over $100,000 in debt waiting for him to settle this case so thankful that another Attorney and did a wonderful job.
