Wow if you are looking for the best customer service definitely Goto Michael hill Elizabeth. I needed to get a link taken out and as it needed to be sent away to get done and I don't Goto Elizabeth often one of the sales staff offered to drop it off to me when it was back in. Of that's not awesome enough she was on annual leave and went out of her way to go pick up my watch ring me personally and meet to drop off my watch. I am big on customer service and so overwhelmed with how fantastic she was in going above and beyond especially since she had never mete other than the 30 seconds she saw me in store to book my watch in.
