The recruiters are courteous, professional and just really nice to talk with. If they have any positions that they feel you would be a match for, they will do their best to get you an interview and assist with getting you hired. Not to mention they are always communicating with you. And if you have dealt with temp agencies in the past, then you know once you meet in person with a recruiter, that is probably the last time you will hear from them. If your job search is not going as well as you would like, get in touch with Aerotek. Based on my past experiences, this is the ONLY temp agency I would recommend.

Absolutely nothing. It's a sorry state of affairs that useless middlemen are now in charge of professional employment opportunities.
