Having biweekly meetings held me accountable, but gave me time in between sessions to accomplish our collaboratively created goals. If I didn't accomplish everything, that was fine. We would discuss what I didn't do and decide whether to add it to the next to do list or drop it. She taught me how to better read my intuition when making decisions, and to clear negative beliefs that were holding me back. I now have a path forward to explore several interests, and I have the tools Kim taught me to use along the way. She also referred me to an amazing acupuncturist/reiki master when I expressed interest in energy healing (this alone was worth a million dollars). Working with Kim for three months has been more effective in changing my life than five years of therapy. I urge anyone who is on the fence to take the leap and explore whether she is a good fit.
